OGMMBS, New Delhi is an All India Registered Society working with broader aim to build a platform for Development of Uttarakhand and its people. To achieve this object, the Society has started from our native village "ODALI" and will expand its activities in the other part of Uttarakhand.
Sri Hari Agastyeshwar Sanskrit Vidyalya, Odali is being run by the Society. It provides free teaching/ boarding/ lodging facilities to about 48 poor and needy children. It is run on the lines of ancient Gurukul system of teaching.

The Society also aims to develop the surrounding area so as to make it a centre of the religious activities. To achieve this object the Society has started construction of a 25 feet high statue of Lord Shiva belonging to the trimurti (triumvirate) of Lord Brahma, Vishnu & Mahesh.

The Society has also taken up horticulture or tree plantation programme regularly to improve its environment.

The Society is also contemplating to start a Library for which about 2000 books have already been acquired for the students as well as general public of the neighbouring villages. The work relating to construction of suitable rooms for the purpose will start w.e.f. 10.6.2008.

The Society has also a project of starting a Centre for Knitting/Tailoring and other Crafts training for ladies.

The Society ultimately aims to start an "Old Age Home" adjacent to the temple, in near future.
